A standard list of categories will help you monitor the type of enquiries that are coming through to your team. There is already a standard list in the system and you can add more to these if you wish. To access:
Go to customer service
In the top menu select customisation
Select categories
Create, add your new category, save
You can also move the order of the list - drag up or down by clicking on the symbol on the right hand side
