Watch this helpful video that gives an overview, how to create one, headings, description and options/features available to use. Note the option for survey 'live' in not currently available in the ALC system.
The video does not cover the detail of how to create questions, this is very easy to do. Go to the 'questions tab' once you have set up your survey where you can create sections and choose from a variety of question types.
