Your Junari system has built-in data export capabilities.
Notes
You may be limited to exporting 5,000 records at a time. This is to prevent any specific system from overloading one of our servers, and can be overcome by filtering your list to show subsets of records and running multiple exports.
How to export electorate information from your JAMS system
1. Go to the address book
Filter to show the organisations you want to report on, and tick those (or all) you wish to be included
NOTE: if you want to export a large number of records, make sure they are all shown, by clicking the record pager (circled in red in the screenshot below), and change the record limit so that all records are listed.
3. Select Actions -> Export
4. Filter "Available fields" to show those which are relevant, and add them to selected "Fields to export"
Enter "Yearly" in the Available Fields search box to show the relevant fields, and click the + for each field to add to the selected "Fields to export".
Tips
If you want to use the export to update data in your system using the export (e.g. quickly update a set of phone numbers), select the "I want to update data" checkbox.
Select the Export Format - XLSX (Microsoft Excel File) is normally best, to avoid e.g. issues with leading zeros on phone numbers going missing!
Select the fields to export. You can optionally use the "Template" drop-down in the top-right to select an existing Export Template, or create (i.e. save a new one) for future use.
Finally click the Export button to download the data.
