Event Registrations: Automatic Invoices

1. To enable this there is a new field stored on the Event itself that is off by default:

2. With this option enabled - when a user  signs up for an event through the portal and the ticket for the event is not free - an invoice will be created and linked to the registration. 

The invoice will be in draft mode and will have to be manually posted.
