Issues Receiving Emails

If you're encountering email delivery failures due to messages being marked as spam, it's advisable to reach out to your IT company or domain provider. Request them to adjust the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record for your domain to include the JAMS domain.

JAMS Servers:

192.166.47.166

mail.jams.junari.com

A correctly configured SPF record should resemble the following example(this example uses Microsoft365 - your configuration might look different):

v=spf1 ip4:192.166.47.166 a:mail.jams.junari.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

This adjusted SPF record ensures that emails sent from your domain, including those through the JAMS domain, are properly authenticated and less likely to be flagged as spam by recipient email servers.
