Event reporting

Within events there are numerous ways to summarise information for reporting purposes:


  1. From the main menu heading EVENTS the usual default is kanban view up displaying up coming events grouped by event template and in alphabetical order.  To change the view choose from the menu choice on the left-hand side for example in CALENDAR, LIST, PIVOT TABLE OR GRAPH. In LIST VIEW you can add or remove a limited number of fields on display and use the filter options to adjust the information.  This can then be easily exported into excel by selecting EXPORT.  See also article on exporting information using this link.

  2. Alternatively the second menu item titled 'reporting' gives you the option as a sub dropdown menu to report on events or attendances.  When selecting EVENTS the pivot table view is automatically displayed. This allows you to extensively expand the information alongside the filter and group options.   Under MEASURES you can easily switch the data from "attended" to "confirmed" etc - see screenshot below.
