Scheduling Emails & Reporting

When setting up a new mailing within the 'Marketing' module there are three buttons to use at the top of the form




Hitting the 'Send' button will send the email straight away, if you have all the relevant fields needed to be filled out (it will notify you if you don't)


To schedule an email for sending, using the 'Schedule' button, this pops up a form to allow you to choose a date & time to send the email on




Once scheduled you will see a banner at the top of the mailing form telling you when it is scheduled for





You can send a 'Test' sample of the mailing out to a specified email address by clicking the 'Test' button to preview what the email will look like & to make sure it sends correctly
