You can administer this as a MASS EDIT (eg all records at once) or update individual records manually.
Annual renewal
1. Navigate to the membership application under memberships.
2. Using the filter select "active" to display the current live list of member councils.
3. On the right-hand side click on the number of records displayed and change this to the total number of records.
4. On the left-hand side tick the top box in the list view that enables you to select ALL members.
5. Under ACTIONS choose "renew membership" and a list of the selection will pop up with a RENEW MEMBERSHIPS button - this is the system prompting you that you are about to change the end date for all the records selected.
6. Click on this button so that all members will be renewed.
If you don't wish to renew all memberships on mass you will need to filter out records so you can customise your approach.
Individual renewal/update/cancellation
You can also update individual records, although this is much less efficient. Go into the individual record for the member council and click the renew membership button and hit save.
