Adding Knowledgebase Articles

In your JAMS System click Menu>Knowledgebase 

To add a knowledgebase article with no category, simple click 'Create' whilst not using a category filter

To add a knowledgebase article within a specific category select a category or sub category from the menu on the left-hand side

Click Create

In Knowledgebase Page Title, type a heading for your document

In the Knowledgebase 'Details' field, add any text, tables or files needed

Adding Hyperlinks to Knowledgebase Articles

Under the Content Page, type a short description or instruction and highlight it

Click the link icon 

In the Link to dialogue box, copy and paste (CTRL c and CTRL V) the URL address of the open file into the URL field

Select a colour for the link

Click Save and the description in the Content page will change colour to indicate there is a link attached
