Importing Council Information

Pre-Requisites

    Before an import can be completed, if there is any NEW data within the import in the following fields, this will need to be setup within your system
     
    - Membership Types

    These can be added from the 'Membership' module configuration menu



    - Organisation and Contact Tags

    These can be added from the 'Address Book module configuration menu




    Creating the Import Template


    Attached to this article is an import template with 2 rows of dummy data, fill this template in with the data you wish to import


    On the Address Book Module 'List view' click 'Import'


    Load in the file you have created with the Data and hit 'Test' 


    If there are any errors i.e. missing name, check you have got all of the correct names in your import, email support@junari.com if you are unsure!


    If there aren't any errors click 'Import' and the data will begin to import!
