How will our existing data be imported into the new system, and is that included as part of the set up costs, or do we have to start from scratch?

Data Import is included as part of each ALC’s initial investment - and we will use “reasonable” judgement to determine how much time we can spend, which will be based on the quality of data and how / whether it can be linked to other supplied data if needed.
