Getting Started
Editing the website will require you to be logged in with specific permissions, if you find you are unable to edit the website please contact your management system administrator/lead user.
Editing website pages & styling is easy, to access the website from the back end of the management system,
navigate to the 'Website & Portal' module and then click the 'Go to Website' button.
On each page of the website there is a toggle to show wether the page is published to users, if a user is unable to see a page you have created always check this!
Next to this toggle is a small mobile icon, this shows you a preview of what the current page will look like in a smaller mobile view.
Creating new Pages / Items
To create a new page or item, click the '+ New' button at the top of the page

Pages
Blog Posts
Events
When adding a page, it will allow you give your page a name and choose whether you would like to add it to the top menu.
When adding a blog post it will take you straight to that blog post page to edit (See editing guide below)
When adding an event it will allow you to give your event a name and set this event page up for you, you can configure this event by going to the 'Events' module in the back end of the management system.
Managing Pages and Menus
You can manage the pages and menus you have created via the 'Pages' menu at the top of the screen
Menus
Use the 'Edit Menu' button to Add, Re Order, Edit or Delete menu items
Pages
Managing pages is just as easy, use the 'Manage Pages' button under the menu
From this page you are able to view all CMS pages you have within your website, you can see instantly if they're published, included in the menu, indexed by search engines and SEO optimized!
By clicking on the settings cog to the right you can edit the page details such as name, URL and publishing settings.
Editing Pages
Blocks
Once you have created your page(s) you can now start editing them, click the 'Edit' button at the top right hand corner of the page.
There are many pre defined 'Blocks' under the Blocks section that you can drag onto the page, from the sidebar on the right hand side.
These blocks include Banners, Images, Titles, Text, Forms, Popups, Maps, Banners, Tables, Pricelists, Timelines and lots more!
Simply drag one onto your page and start editing it.
You can resize and delete your block using the icons once clicked inside the block
Once you have added a block to your page, you have the ability to click anywhere inside the block to edit images, text and colours.
Items
When clicking on items within the page you can edit the text directly by choosing the text and typing
Also when clicking on an item the 'Style' menu will appear on the right hand side with all the formatting options of the specific area you have clicked, here you can update fonts, sizes colours and many other formatting options.
Options
The 'Options' menu in the CMS editing tool has all the options for the overall Theme of your website, you won't need to change this often as this will be pre-set with your chosen colours but can be updated at any time with new colours, fonts and link styles.
