The different levels of permissions for internal users

Two levels of user should be adopted, although all users have the same level of permissions set up in the system.  

  • Level 1 user level :  Admin and CEO*

  • Level 2 user level :  DCEO and Finance Manager

The management of internal users is administered under APPs and SETTINGS using a filter of "internal user".  This is where portal administrators sets rights and access for accounting, website administration, marketing, selection lists, live web chat etc.,

     *To note to assist with developing the information bank, the DCEO has been granted higher rights (author and designer) for the website to enable them to edit new resources being developed for member councils.
